Winners of the Book Bag Design Competition 2022

These are the winners of the Book Bag Design Competition run by the Arts Department in collaboration with the LRC. Winners were chosen by the 2022 Visual Arts Captain Alannah W. and the Environment Captain Winnie W. Congratulations to all the winners. They received a bag with their design printed on it. This competition was the idea of Winnie W. as a sustainable option for bag usage.

Yesterday Stories promotes the significance of community histories. In short 3-5 minute documentary clips, viewers can see stories about Indigenous, migrant, pioneer, industrial, and military sites and landmarks from around the country. The stories are linked to a number of key curriculum items in English, History, Drama and Human Society and its Environment, and are simple, visual and easy for students to understand and often personal in nature. There are 48 stories to explore.
