Literary Contexts: British Poetry | Trailer

A thorough text study also requires a thorough context study, as there are often historical events, political attitudes, societal norms and trends that influenced the author’s literary choices. This series dives into the poetry of three historical periods: the Romantics, Victorian and World War 1. Uncover the beliefs, behaviours and trends that affected life and literature at the time.
